Policies

Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies. These are in place to ensure the best and safest experience for all clients.


  • Full payment is required at the time of service. Any appointment with services over $30 require a $20 deposit. This will go towards your total balance.
  • Once appointment is requested please send deposit and screenshot to 844-909-9266. If deposit is not sent within 24 hrs. appointment will be declined. You will need to reschedule, please have deposit ready.
  • Please notify us of any skin conditions, allergies, or recent treatments prior to your appointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled.
  • For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow any guests.
  • Rescheduling/ Canceling within 48 hours, no shows, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or rescheduling three times in a row may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Completion of consent forms are mandatory in order to provide ANY service. Please have them done prior to appointment. 
  • Minors (under the age 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s). Minors may need to be accompanied in the waxing room by their parent or legal guardian.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are given for services or product. If you have concerns, contact me within 24 hours for assistance.
