Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies. These are in place to ensure the best and safest experience for all clients.


  • Rescheduling/ Canceling within 24 hours, no shows, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or rescheduling three times in a row will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are late by 10 minutes or more, your appointment will be shortened or canceled.
  • Please notify us of any skin conditions, allergies, or recent treatments prior to your appointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients.
  • For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow any guests.
  • Minors (under the age 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s). Minors may need to be accompanied in the waxing room by their parent or legal guardian.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are given for services or product. If you have concerns, contact me within 24 hours for assistance.

  • Para TODAS las citas de depilación con cera: Deje de usar retinol, tretinoína, peróxido de benzoilo, productos para el acné, ácidos glicólico/salicílico y antibióticos de 5 a 7 días antes de su cita. No se puede realizar la depilación con cera si está tomando Accutane (o lo ha tomado en los últimos 6 a 12 meses).
  • Reprogramar o cancelar con menos de 24 horas de anticipación, no presentarse a la cita, llegar con más de 10 minutos de retraso o reprogramar tres veces consecutivas resultara en la pérdida de su depósito.
  • Por favor, infórmenos sobre cualquier afección cutánea, alergia o tratamiento reciente antes de su cita.
  • Por favor, llegue a tiempo. Si llega 10 minutos o más tarde, su cita sera acortada o cancelada.
  • Por motivos de seguridad e higiene, no se permiten acompañantes.
  • Los menores de 18 años deben contar con el consentimiento de sus padres para recibir los servicios. Es posible que los menores deban estar acompañados por sus padres o tutores legales en la sala de depilación.
